Fifteen years building, restructuring, and scaling commercial operations — across iGaming, Wellness, Real Estate, and Technology. I've embedded as a senior consultant into multi-brand environments, led affiliate program architecture from the ground up, and restructured commercial deals across RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid models. I pioneered crypto payment integration before it was mainstream, co-founded a fitness studio serving corporate and embassy clients, and held a real estate broker licence managing international transactions. I step into complexity, create structure, and hand it over running.
My background spans banking, sports trading, business analysis, and iGaming — and that breadth is what I bring to every engagement. I started in commercial finance at Rabobank, managing SME portfolios and KYC compliance across the Netherlands. From there, sports risk trading across the top five European leagues in real time, then business analysis at Betcris across LATAM, the Caribbean, and Asian markets — leading Agile operations and KPI frameworks under the COO. For the past four years I've been inside the affiliate industry at Gambling.com Group, across ad operations, commercial coordination, and partner acquisition in LATAM and Spain.
